Main Responsibilities

·         Dispense and issue pharmaceutical products accurately, ensuring correct labelling and patient instructions.

·         Review and verify prescriptions and orders from healthcare providers and retail pharmacies for accuracy and completeness.

·         Maintain accurate inventory records, including ordering, receiving, storage, and restocking of medicines and sundries.

·         Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet regulatory and internal standards (e.g., storage conditions, expiry monitoring, batch tracking).

·         Collaborate with the procurement team to source and evaluate pharmaceutical products and suppliers.

·         Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product selection, proper use, and safety considerations.

·         Support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including record-keeping, reporting, and audit readiness.

·         Stay informed on new products, pharmacovigilance updates, and relevant developments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Minimum Qualifications

·         Passed the PPB level one exams.

·         Enrollment with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board before August 31, 2027.

·         Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a PPB recognized academic institution.

·         Ability to collaborate with other Chebu employees.

·         Foundational understanding of pharmaceutical products, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

·         Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.

·         Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

 Preferred Attributes

·         Passed the PPB level two exams.
